Your individual skill set (skating, stickhandling, shooting, passing) all leads to confidence.
The more confidence you have, the better you will preform. Go through your own checklist
to uncover your weaknesses and take the time to focus on improving those areas. Maybe it
is more speed, puck protection, getting your shot off quicker, playing the body better. The
truth is most people only like to do what they are good at. Pay attention to the areas you need
improvement and you will get better quicker. Keep it simple. Do not try to do too much. Skate hard, move the puck, shoot early and often and get to the net for rebounds. Minimize your chances for mistakes, play with confidence and dominate your game!
