THE MISSION "BIG CONTEST" SWEEPSTAKES

Junior Cadiz Checking it!

So I have just finished my last game here in France. Played in the French league, which ended today for myself. Couldn’t have asked for a better tournament. Crowds had their whistles, horns , and drums ready for both days of the tournament. First game was against Taylor Kane and Joey Doran of Rethel. Ended up coming pretty solid posting 8 pts in that game for a final score of 10-5 for us. Then leading us to a final against Anglet who have Mike Campanaro and Brian Ganz. Game had everything we could ask for. Close game, sick goals, drama, and a loud crowd base. We ended up with a close 7-5 victory after being up 6-2. French cup champs! France has been an unreal experience and could be a spot I end playing up next year.

I have been here for a month or so now and played 3 regular season games before the French cup this weekend. Playing Reims (Kirk French) and then Angers which was a game for the 3rd seed going into playoffs. We ended up winning out those games, which gave us momentum heading into the French cup. Must have paid off! Now I begin a camp for the kids for 2 weeks and it back to sunny so cal to get ready for the best part of the year, roller season. IIHF tryouts are at the end of May, so I’m looking forward to that. France has kept it real, but I’m definitely looking forward to heading back to Cali here soon. Keep it real.

Sincerely-

Junior Cadiz – Mission/Bauer Athlete
